6.1 Finality of Results. The outcome of all games and sporting events is determined by the relevant game engine, live dealer, or sports result, as applicable. top77's determination of the outcome of any bet shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, top77 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
